As Hub Manager you drive profitable growth through the representation of the Global Division in assigned area and by leading management of local manufacturing units by providing expertise, guidance and resources.
You are responsible for delivering on Division targets, goals and plans and for ensuring operational performance.
In addition, you are in charge of continuous improvement both on manufacturing technology and processes and of developing competences, which will contribute to the raising of the Division’s global competitiveness.

Your responsibilities

• Implement the global Division Quality and manufacturing strategy in the countries within the area of responsibility
• Develop proactive strategies to increase business profits, customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness
• Ensure achievement of established targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed
• Lead and manage manufacturing function and operation teams and processes. Improve manufacturing technology and competence in line with Division strategy
• Execute Division operational excellence strategy and quality standard
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and develop quality management systems for monitoring and improving day to day operations
• Execute sourcing strategy in line with BU strategy and processes.
• Support the execution of global R&D projects
• Implement HSE and business compliance standards and regulations within the units
• Ensure a safe working environment, continuous HSE improvement process and integrity performance
• Implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules , tools, policies and process related to operations execution
• Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized ,staffed and directed

Your background

• Overall experience of approx. 10 years in leading and managing P&L of a business organization with significant revenues
• Market, Customers, Industry, Product Knowledge of electrification products (low and medium voltage) – is a plus
• Proven track record of delivering results in leadership roles – especially P&L and with demonstrated profitable growth
• Competencies in Strategic Planning and Strategy execution.
• Planning and implementation of strategies and building organizational capabilities for customer satisfaction and innovation.
• Excellent communication and People management skills.
• Teamwork and Collaboration skills also in an international environment
