• Join trainings and workshops to understand the organization and structure of group, business branches, TGITS and branch DSI, know the services and scope of each team/role.
• Join the regular meeting and seminar and ensure knowledge and skill are up to date.

• Understand the policies and process of group IT services, Service Desk, ITSM system and tools.
• Manage computer installation, configuration and trouble-shooting on hardware, OS, software, account and access, etc.
• Manage server room equipment and cooperate with group team for local actions.
• Manage shared infra and meeting room facilities, including printers, projectors.
• Manage audio and video conferencing systems, including telephones, VC, online web-ex.

• Travel as required, On Call, Some lifting 50lbs +/- (servers, monitors, racks, etc.)
• Baccalaureate + 2 years IT studies.
• ITIL qualifications
• Good knowledge of English spoken & written.
• Overall knowledge of IT infrastructure in a Windows environment.
