• Develop AbbVie BU EC regional marketing plan and effectively communicate with sales team to make sure it  in line with central marketing strategies
• Good identification of the business potential and opportunity by region level basing on the analysis on local marke
• Good execution on regional level marketing activities and any other society congress with good budget contro
• Develop local KOLs and speakers

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor degree or above on medicine or healthcare related
• At least 5 years working experience in pharmaceutical company with sales manager or regional marketing position

• Excellent market analytical & problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning skill
• High logicality with quick learning capabilities and an excellent work ethic

• Good computer literacy with Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
