The LOPM will be based in Beijing and representing Red Bull in the On Premise market for all of North China. He/she will be the owner of the Red Bull On Premise business in multiple cities which have a universe with thousands of accounts. Internally the LOPM will have the ownership of volume target and allocated budget to develop his/her territory. He/she needs to be ambitious and able to deliver actionable insights into our business and forecast sales for the current year and over the next 5 years. Externally, the LOPM should be familiar with distributors in their markets, as well as have KA management experience for customers like NOAHS Group, etc. The LOPM needs to live the Red Bull On Premise culture well, act as a brand ambassador to deliver the Red Bull brand image in the nightlife environment. He/she will be leading On Premise marketing events and 3rd party activities, creating innovative activations for promotion, and responsible for placing and tracking brand POSM in outlets. In the long term, the LOPM will be the people manager of this company and work towards developing a BU approach in the North, eventually leading his/her own team. Last but not least, the LOPM must speak basic English.

Event Activation
Ensure availability and premium High 5 execution around 3rd party and Red Bull events. Negotiate and execute, pro-actively searching for opportunities to implement creative elements that drive Red Bull’s brand image and offset investment.
Attendance on key 3rd party and Red Bull events.
Organize incentives for customers under previous authorization by superior. Seek out the profitability of all invitations.
Territory Management
Grow & protect On Premise accounts in the related region. Carry out constant analysis of the territory and account specific business to find opportunities to drive distribution.
Correct positioning of the Red Bull brand and the Red Bull product portfolio in the territory.
Identification, care and continuous development of local and regional On Premise accounts by thorough Route Planning.
Set volume goals with each account which includes execution against Red Bull KPI’s. Review business volume and all business building initiatives continuously.
Drive cooperation with the local Distributor’s Sales Force in order to reach an adequate numeric distribution.
Routinely perform staff education/energizers to ensure brand understanding, perfect serve, and encourage optimum pricing.
Administration
Constant optimization of all On Premise Tools (OP Knowledge Base, Infonet, CRM, Warehouse, POS …).
Negotiate and implement commercial partnership agreements. Offset funds from financial contribution to add value.
Fulfill report deadlines.
Management of the local On Premise budget. Bottom up planning and tracking of all marketing tools.
Market research
Observe and report on competitor activities.
Active search of new opportunities for the business in the region.
Identification of EPC outlets.
On Premise Marketing
Implement the On Premise marketing strategy into practice.
Maintain and utilize tools appropriately (Point Of Sale materials) to drive vertical growth. Ensure that all marketing tools are staged in the right accounts according to International On Premise guidelines.
Engage and differentiate the brand through innovative support following the On Premise vision of bringing added value to our customers.
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
5 years Sales/Marketing work experience in On Premise industry. Experience with a premium spirits company (like Penrod Richard and MHD) and/or an import beer company (Heineken and Budweiser) is highly regarded.
Network knowledge and contacts in relevant On Premise industry is a necessary requirement.
Strong entrepreneurship, ambitious and keen to grow together with the company.
Able to understand Red Bull culture and accommodate the working environment of On Premise, and live well in late night lifestyle.
A natural social personality and people person who easily engages with partners and customers.
Outstanding communication skills to build up a strong network in the industry.
Business and scene savvy, negotiation and objection handling skills, and fostering a solution-oriented mindset. Has a good understanding of commercial math.
Professional, passionate, disciplined and self-motivated. Willing to learn, adapt, and act quickly. Can work independently and happy to travel on demand in own territory. Always have a “can & do-it-now” attitude.
Honest and trustworthy work ethic. Committed to tasks and takes responsibility for assigned job.
Proficient in EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
Holds a current, full drivers license.
Bachelors Degree.
Fluency in English (verbal & written) and local language.
