What you’ll do

As a CPM on an initial contract basis, you will be engaged and involved with effective and proactive study management across a number of high-profile studies. As such, this is a broad role where you will have high level of involvement across all stages of the studies from study feasibility through to study results. To be successful in this role, excellent knowledge of Clinical Study Management and experience working in a similar capacity would be outstanding. Exposure to oncology would be highly preferable.

Essential for the role

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Development Operations (CRA, Sr CRA) or other related fields (Medical Affairs-led or Academic-led studies).

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver clinical trials according to or ahead of time plan, budget and with required quality.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, preferably in life science, or equivalent qualification

  • Good knowledge of international guidelines ICH-GCP as well as relevant local regulations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable for the role

  • Good medical knowledge and ability to learn relevant AZ Therapeutic Areas.

  • Good knowledge of the Drug Development Process.

  • Excellent understanding of the Clinical Study Process including monitoring.

  • Very good understanding of the Study Drug Handling Process and the Data Management Process. 

  • Good medical knowledge and ability to learn relevant AZ Therapeutic Areas.

  • Integrity and high ethical standards.
