Duties and responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team, Management, and HR to research, develop, and manage workforce training programs to meet the organization's current and future business needs.
• Schedule, prepare and deliver appropriate training sessions for the employee both physical & virtual environment.
• Deliver local scale of learning & development training and coaching in support of leadership program to multiple levels of leaders in local management.
• Support the implementation of an effective training curriculum by collecting best practices and designing impressive training programs.
• Prepare and organize training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations in the system, training decks and databases.
• Support in developing, assessing, and monitoring to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
• Facilitate new employees during the induction phase program.
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement after each session by collecting feedbacks appropriately and periodically evaluate training programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
• Effectively incorporate new methods of learning, instructional techniques, and instructional technologies to develop new, exciting and compelling learning solutions.
• Other duties related to the job.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in HR, business studies, psychology or any other qualifications.
• Min. 2 years experiences of a Corporate Trainer, Training Specialist or other related positions
• Strong writing, facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to adapt appropriately to different audiences with various cultural background
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.

Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Preferably well-versed in any training & development system/tools.
