Lenovo is looking for a passionate, and enthusiastic Senior Sales Manager to
lead our Local and Regional Account Managers in our Central and UK&I markets
by driving overall business responsibility and strategy for continued market
share win. Responsibilities will include:
• Define and implements the Lenovo business growth strategy for Global
Accounts
• Work in conjunction with the EMEA Global Accounts Leadership team to plan
and execute an executive relationship strategy.
• Maintain a personal relationship with customer's senior management, have
clear vision of customer and Lenovo unit strategies and understand where
Lenovo can impact, enhance and complement customers' businesses.
• Understand the customers' organizations worldwide to identify key contacts
throughout the organizations and direct the deployment of the rest of the team
against particular buyer groups.
• Plan and facilitate and/or conduct complex negotiations.
• Responsible for demand planning, outlook forecast planning and taking care
of the reporting in appropriate tools.
• Oriented on building the organization's long-term capability to producing
and sustaining excellent results.
This is a people manager role and will include the following people manager
responsibilities:

• Encourage employees to be innovative, and support ideas that should be
implemented
• Continuously develop the employees to build a stronger team: set clear
development plans and goals for each team member
#### Position Requirements:
• Minimum five (5) years sales or technical sales experience in the Global
Accounts market with a proven track record of success
• Applies comprehensive understanding of sales processes and sales management
techniques.
• Aptitude to hire quality talent and coach different selling styles
• Demonstrates expertise in customers' business goals and objectives.
• Has experience in developing and executing on sales metrics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Location is flexible- UK or Germany based candidates
