About The Role:

Reporting directly to the E- Learning Line Manager or Engineering/Technical Services Manager, the position requires a high level of technical skills and knowledge of the Localization process. Possible to lead projects, this position also requires good organisational, man-management and communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

Key responsibility will be to analyze the skill and resource required to process any eLearning Project (especially Flash/Lectora based courses). Person should be good communicator and have ability to co-ordinate and communicate with Project Managers independently. Should be good learner and have the ability to do RnD to get out with solutions.

 

Requirements:

Experience in development or localization of eLearning courses. *Proficiency with Adobe Flash production cycle (Flash Timeline/Audio integration/Basic Scripting/Publishing etc.) *Basic knowledge of XML/HTML, browser compatibility and troubleshooting is desired. *Proficiency with any of authoring tools, such as Lectora, Captivate, and Articulate etc. is expected. *Understanding of eLearning compliance frameworks, such as SCORM, AICC, TINCAN etc. will be added advantage. *Knowledge of Adobe creative suite will be big add-on.
