About The Role:

As a Localization Engineer, you will be coordination the delivery of localization projects, be responsible for file management and use your English skills in communication with our translators.

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the localization process: distribute tasks to our external translators and to your colleagues, collect final outputs, solve problems
• Communicate in English via email and phone
• Work with our internal software tools and user documentation
• Use your knowledge of HTML/XML to check source files for errors and correct them to assure the quality of the translations
• Simplify your work using scripts and basic programming
• Keep track of your work including creating reports

 

Requirements:

• Proactivity and good communication skills
• Interest in the field of technology and IT
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and HTML/XML, basics of programming, Jira
• Ability to write and speak English in the daily workplace (B1/B2 level)
• Responsibility and ability to organize your work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, because just a single mistake can change the outcome of our work
• Team spirit—you will be part of a team that helps each other
• At least a high school education (preferably in IT or a similar field); a university degree is an advantage
