–Core Capabilities – these are the shared services that underpin all the divisional support we provide, such as networking, infrastructure, technology contract management, data and security.

–Customer Facing teams – manage the operations and support needed by our customers, including cloud hosting, professional services and customer support. 

–Divisional IT teams – focus on our business unit needs. 

–Product teams – drive the development and management of our technology products, so we continue to anticipate and keep up with ever-changing customer needs.

 

About The Role:

Assigns work to the team and suppliers

Communicates with the client

Can act as short term Project Manager backup excluding finance

Provides data for team and supplier performance evaluation

Defines localization tools and processes

 

Responsibilities:

Cooperating & Communicating with a management and engineering team

Communicating and cooperating with third parties – clients and suppliers

Flexibility to adjust working hours to handle clients/vendors in different time zones

Regularly status reporting to management team

Defining and preparing tools, processes

Defining support files

Processing, tracking, managing and archiving files with software tools

Supervising technical processes in terms of quality and productivity of the assigned team

Co-coordinating deliverable and changes, tracking status

Can work at home remotely

 

Requirements:

Previous working experience with corresponding responsibilities is required

Client facing communication experience

Coordinating a small team of 2-3 people is preferred

Advanced knowledge of major operating environments

Advanced knowledge of localization tools and processes

Advanced knowledge of file formats and file management

Advanced computer applications user

Motivated leader with a mature and positive attitude, reliable, well organized personality

Ability to communicate information to internal team, partners and customers

Advanced technical solution and problem solving skills
