Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate closely with Project Managers and other Localization Leads on the preparation of localization projects, execution and final evaluation.
  • Coordinate the localization process: distribute tasks to our external translators and to your colleagues, monitor the status and collect final outputs.
  • Assign work to engineers and suppliers, and provide data for suppliers' evaluation.
  • Help us analyze our processes and find opportunities for improvement, participate in the implementation of the new tools, their testing and evaluation.
  • Communicate in English (emails and calls) with the Project team, support departments, partners and clients
  • Perform a final quality check of the project before delivery to the clients.
  • Learn more about technologies in localization (CAT tools, HTML/XML, etc.).
  • Keep track of your work, including creating reports and keeping project documentation.

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the localization/translation industry
  • Very good coordinational and organizational skills
  • Ability to improvise and solve problems
  • Proactivity and good communication skills
  • Very good verbal and written English proficiency - you'll be working as a part of an international team and communication with colleagues and clients in English on daily basis
  • Attention to detail, because just a single mistake can change the outcome of our work
