About the role:

From launching websites in new countries, localizing global video campaigns, translating car manuals for well recognized automotive companies to blog posts for world leading gaming corporations, you will be an integral part of the translation process. The aim is to ensure client retention, satisfaction and ultimately repeat revenue growth,
Through effective written and verbal communication with both internal and external stakeholders, you will be expected to manage translation projects keeping to both time and budget. The day to day goal is to ensure that the linguists are clear to the scope, complexity and expectations whilst the clients are kept fully informed on the progress, position and financial status of their projects. Problem solving and teamwork are key skills in this role requiring an adaptable, well organized candidate. 
For the internship and graduate schemes, experience or an interest in language or global business is encouraged but not required. Project Management thrives on transferrable skills and is well suited to any enthusiastic, determined individual. 

Responsibilities:

1. Delivery of projects to client’s expectations achieving targeted levels of profitability
2. Compilation of estimates and proposals for approval, including notes section
3. Close financial monitoring and control of projects through budgets, invoicing and change orders
4. Effective verbal/written communications with clients and internal team members
5. Hosting and leading conference calls with clients and team members
6. Risk assessment and strategic planning of activities to minimize potential issues
7. Accurate filing and archiving of all project-related materials
8. Analysis of files using translation memory tools
9. Identification of project/process improvement opportunities and escalating to Program Manager
10. Holding regular project meetings, documenting these and distributing minutes/actions to the team.
11. Maintenance and updating of invoicing tables and ensuring timely and final invoicing
12. Development and preparation of process documents where required

1. Profitability of projects as identified by budgets
2. Client satisfaction levels assessed by feedback
3. Numbers and levels of quality issues
4. Supporting the team with required project processes

Requirements:
* Interest in Languages or global business/affairs
* Good written/verbal communication and presentation skills
* Good Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge
* Ambitious and with a desire to learn and progress
* Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
