Position Summary:

Our Localization Team is seeking a pro-active individual to manage the localization of the company’s products, documentation and courseware into a set of languages and liaise with various departments to make sure requirements are met.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Working in a globally dispersed group, the project manager is responsible for the localization of the company’s products, documentation and courseware into a set of languages.
  • Manages localization projects from requirements gathering, through production, release and customer satisfaction reviews.
  • Coordinates terminology management for a group of languages.
  • Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
  • Manages vendor performance.
  • Operates under minimal supervision.
  • Contributes actively to process improvement initiatives.

 

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Three years’ experience in Project Management preferred.
  • Localization experience is required.
  • Excellent time management, organization and communications skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently, without supervision.
  • Strong technical ability, and is able to support colleagues when needed.
  • Comfortable working within an international virtual team.
  • Able to perform under pressure.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and independent.
  • Fluent in English, oral and written. Additional language knowledge is desirable.

Please note if you are employed full time the salary for this position ranges from 2,100 EUR monthly gross (before taxes) in Lithuania.
