About The Role:

Under the direct supervision of a Program Manager, the Associate Project Manager is a key member of a project team, working closely with the team leader, Technical Services, linguists, and Quality Assurance. The Associate Project Manager is responsible for successful execution of standard quotes and projects while simultaneously managing the work of one or more client accounts to ensure client satisfaction, establish consistent high-quality on-time deliverables as well as assisting in identifying and growing the account’s potential based on predefined objectives. As assigned by the supervisor, the role will communicate with clients related to day to day items such as clarification of work to be performed, update project status, and provide timelines for delivery.

Responsibilities:

 Analysis of customer assets using translation memory tools

 Accurate version control and archiving of all project related materials

 Create and/or modify guidelines, standard procedures, training documents and operation support documents after analyzing processes

 Complete project plans for development including all company processes

 Conduct audits to newly devised database to verify the quality of the data after QA, in short, interpret data from the database and analyze database structure

 Develop processes to optimize efficiency and quality of the database

 Able to work with the team with exceptional communication/social skills

 Ensure consistency of service level delivery through team focused approach

 Assist the Program Manager with facilitating feedback for the project both internally and externally

 Devise specific details relating to found system failures/errors, whether enhancements or bugs within newly released version, so that relevant department fully understands the needs for the change

 

Requirements:

 2~4 years of working experience in localization industry

 Good written/verbal skills in English and Korean for internal and external communication and meeting purpose

 Good Microsoft Office skills

 Analytical and structured problem solving

 Strong organizational skills, with the ability to priorities

 Ability to carry out assigned tasks with a high degree of independence and ownership

 Ambitious, with a desire to learn and progress
