Job Description

Position - Localization QA Tester / Linguistic tester (Japanese and Korean native speakers ONLY)

Type of employment – Full-time & Permanent job with sponsorship of work permit but none of relocation/accommodation or etc.

Work location – Work from home but occasionally required to work at the office in Bangkok

Key Responsibilities of this position

  • Perform Linguistic Quality Assurance tasks in your native language for a wide variety of translated software, web and hand-held applications and devices.
  • Report linguistic and/or functional errors.
  • Complete the assigned tasks and be punctual.

Main qualification

  • Being a native speaker of Japanese and Korean is a must.
  • Able to fluently communicate in English both in written and verbal as your colleages/supervisor are from various countries. So, we use English as a central language to communicate each other and to read job instructions.
  • Currently residing in Bangkok, Thailand is a plust as we have no relocation support.
  • Prefer experience in translation, localization industry/area but NOT MUST
  • Prefer experience with both iOS and Android mobile devices OR Experience with both PCs and MACs but NOT MUST
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT OR language major is an advantage.
  • Keen to detail in languages and your assigned works.
  • Passionate about language
  • Use up-to-date technology in their own lives
  • Self-starter, able to work independently

Note – If you are a successful candidate, you will be provided training both before start working and on-the job training.

Working hours- Monday – Friday: 09:00 am – 18:00 pm

Step 1: Screening qualification by answering our initial questions both verbal and written.

Step 2: Online test (2 test files): Translation test and technical test

Step 3: Interview with line manager

Step 4: Interview with director (To be confirmed)
