About The Role:
Manages large, complex and/or highly visible and critical Commercial projects/accounts to implement solutions to clients that result in excellent customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Applies significant project management, product/solution, and customer relationship expertise to ensure project success and develop business opportunities
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence – Leads large and complex Commercial projects and accounts and is responsible for the management of revenue targets, profitability targets, project methodology, resourcing and staffing, technology decisions and deliverables. Manages the account by acting as the main point of contact, proactively obtaining customer feedback, constructively addressing issues, understanding customers business needs and buying habits, and uncovering sales opportunities. Develops business opportunities that address current and future client business needs by creating account plans/proposals and involving appropriate team members for new or follow on products/services.
Delivers Quality, Value, Results – Ensures client satisfaction and achievement of profitability goals by leveraging significant client relationship expertise and project/account management knowledge. Takes a collaborative approach in ensuring the right people are involved and/or informed regarding account. Identifies innovative and/or strategic opportunities to maximize short and long term revenue potential from assigned account.
Functional Excellence – Creates opportunities to deliver more services and/or technology solutions by leveraging relationship skills and product/services expertise to demonstrate how solutions can address new or changing customer business needs. Is a role model to others and helps to develop customer relationship/selling expertise within the PMO function by coaching and mentoring others and providing thought leadership.
Relationship Building – Sustains long term customer relationships by demonstrating a deep understanding of the client’s business and generating innovative solutions to meet challenges. Serves as the main point of contact for the project/account and leverages internal teams to provide the best service and outcome to the client. Collaborates with and influences internal groups to ensure projects are effectively staffed and resourced to deliver the best outcome
Requirements:
* Effective verbal/written communication with clients, suppliers and internal team members
* Proven client facing experience
* Excellent knowledge of all translation processes and support as part of the sales process, analysis of client requirement including management of client test translations
* Excellent planning, organisational and multitasking skills
* Substantial experience in the localisation industry and have a strong expertise other language services
* 6 + years’ experience in a Project/Snr Project Management role
* Accurate and timely creation of project quotes, updating and maintaining the project budget and invoicing
* Educated to Degree Level or equivalent in a media or language related area
* Good Microsoft Office skills
* Highly motivated, with proven problem solving and organisational skills
* Able to work independently
* Flexible and adaptable to be able to work in a variety of roles in a changing environment
* Knowledge of subtitling and a foreign language
* Expertise in industry-related CAT-tools software
* Management of the localization of all engineering file types including software, testing and screen-shooting.
