Responsibilities will include –
Localization: You will proofread translated games and related files in Russian. 
Community Management: You will manage the player community (Fan-pages, forums, etc.) of large-scale games and create fun events to keep the players interested.
Marketing Research: Researching browser games and mobile games in the Russian speaking market. Making surveys and player analysis.  
Liaison: You will contact local marketing channels and follow up marketing campaigns.
Press Releases: You will be in charge of writing and proofreading press releases.
User Experience Localization: You will help the operations team to improve user experience in terms of language usage, UI, in-game events and gameplay.

Requirements:
1. Love games!!!!
2. You speak Russian, English and preferably also some Chinese 
3. Community management experience
4. You feel at home in an international office. 
5. You can handle Nerf skirmishes.
