Vendor Relations Manager 
Poland-remote, Hungary- remote, Spain - remote Czech Republic 

About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to join RWS as a Vendor Relations Manager and become a valuable contributor to our Supply Chain team.
Your work at RWS will be to identify, screen and onboard linguists and relevant translation agencies around the world and to keep in contact with them long-term.
Our ideal candidate nurtures solid communication skills with a passion for interpersonal relationship building. Strategic thinking and an analytical mindset complete your skillset.
 
Responsibilities:

• Act as a business partner to our internal teams which are responsible for the delivery of linguistic services to our clients. These teams need quality translators and agencies (= vendors/suppliers) to provide the best service to our clients.
• Identify, attract, hire and onboard suitable resources
• Negotiate competitive prices with suppliers to establish a fruitful collaboration.
• Track overall service performance and collaboration with suppliers, being the escalation point for internal teams and vendors.
• We will welcome you to analyze our existing workflows and to propose improvements to the way we work.
• We will need you to keep all information on your vendors up-to-date in our systems for the other members of the vendor management team 

 
Requirements:

• Proven experience in a role related to vendor management and recruitment in Localization
• Great communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to establish and to keep long-lasting relationships with multicultural business partners, both internal and external.
• Process-oriented and improvement-focused mindset.
• Experience with recruitment web-search via various channels and social networks
• Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Positive personality, ‘can do’ and proactive approach.
