• Identify, qualify and quantify new opportunities for long- and short- term ENT Localization strategies.
• Possess and keep developing extensive subject matter expertise in ENT therapies and Chinese market access requirements
• Work closely with local ENT Sales, Marketing and Strategy Teams in China to secure alignment and levered critical expertise
• Execute localization projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and KOLs
• Initiate and manage market researches and data assessments
• Facilitate cooperation between local leadership and global business unit management
  

minimal QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in managing market access projects for medical devices market in China
• Field experience in sales or market development
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience,
• Understanding of projects management and business KPIs
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Able to work both autonomously and as a team player
• Willingness to travel domestic and oversees
