Provides managers/employees with consultancy on HR issues, ensures implementation of agreed HR policies and represents the needs of the business on HR policy, including on Labor Relations

Your responsibilities

• Acts as the HR partner to line managers: understands business needs and support on building up the human capability to meet the mid-to-long term business needs
• Build performance culture in the organization; Implement group and global business performance standards, KPIs and targets to enhance business performance; Identify performance issues and take actions to address them in close collaboration with company HR and CoE; Recognize and reward high performance in individuals and teams.
• Ensure competency development actions are in place to support business strategy; Implement learning and development activities to build and improve competence in collaboration with CoE and GBS.
• Provides talent management support for managers: ensures and maintains a powerful talent “pipeline” for the business.
• Represent HR in the workplace, build partnerships between employees, HR and managers. Delivery day to day HR management contact / relationship for employees, including employee welfare, counselling, and grievance redressal, disciplinary processes; facilitate changes.
• Ensure adherence to HR policy and to the standards on OHS and Compliance.

Your background

• Bachelor degree or above, with Human resources, management or related qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of HR working experiences
• Fluent in English & Chinese
