Provides managers/employees with consultancy on HR issues, ensures implementation of agreed HR policies and represents the needs of the business on HR policy, including on Labor Relations
Your responsibilities
- Acts as the HR partner to line managers: understands business needs and support on building up the human capability to meet the mid-to-long term business needs
- Build performance culture in the organization; Implement group and global business performance standards, KPIs and targets to enhance business performance; Identify performance issues and take actions to address them in close collaboration with company HR and CoE; Recognize and reward high performance in individuals and teams.
- Ensure competency development actions are in place to support business strategy; Implement learning and development activities to build and improve competence in collaboration with CoE and GBS.
- Provides talent management support for managers: ensures and maintains a powerful talent “pipeline” for the business.
- Represent HR in the workplace, build partnerships between employees, HR and managers. Delivery day to day HR management contact / relationship for employees, including employee welfare, counselling, and grievance redressal, disciplinary processes; facilitate changes.
- Ensure adherence to HR policy and to the standards on OHS and Compliance.
Your background
- Bachelor degree or above, with Human resources, management or related qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HR working experiences
- Fluent in English & Chinese
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong learning agility
- Self-motivator and Proactive
- Teamwork and Collaboration
- Good at computer skills
