You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by Operations Management Prepare and track YOY Operational and budget Plan for the location Facility and Infra Management Ramp up / Hiring – Lateral and Campus. Local Partner Management to plan additional capacity Approval of purchase orders and expense reports Maintain Utilization of the team People Development People Management – Target Setting and Performance Management Compensation/Merit Management Trainings and skills development and career progression in sync with GDN practices Conducting Location Townhalls Passing on Management messages/direction to People Delivery Management Project delivery Monitoring and Reviews Implement and execute nearshore-offsite delivery model. Lead Service Delivery Management Escalation Handling (with Nearshore Delivery) Management Reporting and Presentations Monthly and Quarterly Presentations on Location Monthly Cost cover with forecast vs actual Participation in leadership meetings Support Business Management Forecasting and Business Planning for Nearshore Supporting Business Development Create new nearshore specific services Promote nearshore services Internal and External Customer Management Visits and Presentation Maintain relationship and ongoing communication What do you need to realize what matters? You should have extensive service delivery experience Strong experience in running MOM or PLM Programmes Basic knowledge of PLM or MOM products Knowledge on basic concepts of utilization, profit and loss Basic understanding of costing You should be fluent in English.
