Mission Import and export transportation and customs handling in compliance and efficient way Drive the well implementation of ECC regulation within whole Company What will you do if join us? - Arrange Transportation according to Incoterm on Import/export PO and invoice. - Monitor Import/export goods, prepare for Customs Declaration including the related license application - Collect material information related to export/import cargos to classify correct HS Code. - Carry out Customs clearance including calculation of Customs value, issue Customs Declaration. - Check deliveries of un-cleared goods to ensure conformity with Customs documents - Timely collect documents related to Customs clearance from Customs broker & archive file related to export/import. - Timely update export/import tracking list and issue import/export report, make analysis and improvement action plan to secure better import/export logistic time and cost; - Timely clarify export/import logistics cost with forwarder/broker & apply payment. - Optimize transportation model (Airfreight, sea freight, Rail transport, Express) to save cost - Execute application process for tariff exemption and subsidy compensation as per local policy. - Make expense budget on import/export or related business. - Optimize process and use advanced IT tools - Drive cross function to solve issues independently and successfully - Handle different Audit successfully including Siemens internal audit and the Customs audit, eg. Customs Royalty fee audit. - Always fully utilize the Siemens Resource to optimize process by referring to both SPS excellence @Siemens and best practices of other Ocs, advance digitalization tools (RDA/RPA, CTM etc.) - Good collaboration with other internal and external functions - Excellent business analysis skill that can use digitalization tools and platform to make professional business analysis report - Provide timely and reliable data to management to make right decisions - Finish tasks assigned by superior - Always have backup options available for urgent/unexpected case; raise the alarm in advance to related functions and follow up closely - Make professional business performance analysis and can create BI Report individually and provide transparency (from perspectives of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive view) by utilizing advanced tool (such as digitalization and available data platforms) in a timely and accurate manner so as to support sound management decision - Be capable of leading cross function/location team to realize business breakthrough Who are we looking for? - University degree or above - Minimum 3 years SCM related working experience in manufacturing company - Solid logistics knowledge and customs clearance knowledge, - SAP or IT tools - Excellent business analysis skill that can use digitalization tools and platform to make professional business analysis report - Good teamwork and have communication skills. - Good in speaking and written English. - Experience in Customs E-handbook is preferred.
