As part of our continued growth, we seek a Logistics Specialist to ensure that appropriate distribution logistics timescales are kept to meet customer and internal commitments based on All Supply Chain/NPI Planning inputs.

Working in Global Supply Chain & Value Management team based in Kaohsiung, you will:

• Be main interface for all customs related issues
• Maintain freight forwarder/integrator/airlines/hubs/supplier and customs relationship
• Interpret supplier inputs in timely manner (such as B2B Feeds) as base for postings of internal and external deliveries (CI’s and PL’s) into the associated MRP System (SAP)
• Participate in Supply Chain related improvement projects
• Ensure that costs related to distribution logistics are kept on the best economically level
• Provide backup and assistance in NPI Planning
• Report distribution logistics related KPIs (OTD) to Senior Manager, NPI Planning and Logistics

Focus:

• Handle entire distribution logistics
• Foxconn ASN upload

• 2-4 years of experience in distribution logistics (preferable in the electronics industry)
• Knowledge of international transportation networks, rules and governmental requirements (e.g. customs regulations)
• Fluent English, verbal and writing
• Extensive communication skills
• Strong associative thinking skills
