RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Instruments’ importation and placement movement 
• Handling the instrument importation from source which includes: follow up instrument availability with source, export docs’ following up, instrument record with source.
• Support the local instrument movement: arranging the instrument withdrawal, instrument redeployment and following up documents for the local movement.
• Accessories’ documenting and collecting the hand over minutes with end-customers.
• CAP/ RAP documents’ collection with distributors, sale staff to file full documents for Cap/ Rap instruments.
• Checking and alerting the rap contracts submitted by sale team if any discrepancies versus the legally approved ones.

2) Free-of charge(FOC) products’ handling 
• Collecting Goods Receipt from sub-distributors if any/ filling all FOC documents ready for any checking from Corporate.
• Maintaining FOC Data for tracking purpose.

3) Spare Part’s handling
• Preparing the export docs for Spare Parts’ importation and assisting any information needed from Phyto for customs clearance.

4) Other ad-hoc
• Support ad-hoc requirement from Logistics Specialist.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of relevant experience in import + export process/ supply chain process
• Good English skill including reading, listening and writing.  
• Good Excel skill: 
• Good learning agility
• Passionate for newly assigned jobs
