The role of the Senior Logistics Analyst comprises of different elements: Doing manual freight bill audit for EMEA paid shipments, preparing and publishing different types of SCM related reports and analysis of Logistics function and contribute towards enhancement of productivity and efficiency of function. Job Responsibilities Have to develop comprehensive multidimensional reports & process by using Macro (commodity wise, Supplier wise, Plant/site/Ledger wise etc.) and Responsible to publish all the reports (scheduled & ad-hoc) in time with quality. Responsible to acknowledge invoice rejection queries/request to his/her respective activity with site team or coordinate with carrier, escalate to commodity manager as required. Have to develop comprehensive multidimensional reports (commodity wise, Supplier wise, Plant/site/Ledger wise etc.) and analysis based on Daily/Weekly/Monthly Operational data for different locations (shipment reports.) Work as per work allocation Responsible to acknowledge invoice rejection queries/request to his/her respective activity with site team or coordinate with carrier, escalate to commodity manager as required. Data Analysis: includes pulling the data from multiple systems (like ERPs, Data warehouses, Oracle and other required tools), data consolidation, data formatting, data validation and reporting. Keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to the company’s logistics operations. Resolve problems that are related to transportation and logistics systems and using escalation communications inside the division. Negotiate transport or logistics prices with suppliers and customers so as to improve the supply chain. Analyze areas of corporate logistics so as to find out the most cost-effective means or method of transporting supplies. Communicate transport or logistics cost to customers or suppliers as the case may be. Monitor the entire process of product movement and track shipments across different channels #LI-ZK1 Qualifications Are you? Required: BS or MS degree Minimum 5 years experience in similar positions Technical knowledge of electrical especially Switchgear and Transformer servicePreferably SAP knowledge is essential with analysis and reporting Strong organizational, communication and time management skills Planning and organization, problem solving, communication, ability of persuasion, working for details, analytical thinking, being able to work as a team, management skills, production management Ability to work within an international, culturally diverse and matrix based organisation.
