Job Responsibilities:

• Support Sales team including customer inquiries, prepare the quotations, proposals, sales analysis and reports
• Work and coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders for sales enquiries
• Participate in sales visit and exhibition
• Follow up daily track & trace of the shipment for target customers
• Handle ad hoc assignments when required

Job Requirements:

• F.7 or above with a diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent (Fresh university graduates will also be considered)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales support
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese;
• Strong in communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills;
• Proficient in computer knowledge including MS office, PowerPoint and Excel
