Purchasing, audit and RFQ handling (80%):

Participate actively to the international development of the company

• Manage total pricing procedure until proposal handling to client or sales team, enhance processes to make most of efficiencies and ensure timely response under market standards
• Manage pro-actively phone & mail communication with suppliers/partners
• Gather/Implement/Maintain suppliers/partners financial & non-financial datas
• Audit existing and new suppliers

Project management & Pricing Development (20%)

• Liaise with developers on implementation and improvement of the development of our pricing tool
• Management of different kind of ad-hoc projects from the beginning to the end (organization/steps/control)

Profile:

• You are a very structured person, initiative-oriented and autonomous.
• You are good with numbers
• You have ideally a strong logistic background
• You are result-oriented and an achiever, in order to help AMOOV GROUP develops.
• You have good interpersonal skills allowing you to interact internally & externally
• You have excellent interpersonal skills allowing you to interact with 3rd parties and attract them
• You are fluent in English and ideally one of the following languages is your mother tongue: Chinese/French/German/Italian

Experience/academic background:

• Preferably from a business school background, Internship bachelor or master level
• Experience in purchasing, pricing is preferred. Ideally in a logistic sector
