Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Customer, Forwarders, Warehouse to perform daily order processing, handle in & out shipment process, declaration of import and export goods, customs clearance procedure;
• Assist & coordinate with subordinate, vendors, customers in handling delivery schedule;
• Liaise with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation of supply chain system;
• Ensure continuity of product supply and timely goods delivery to our customers by process good management in inventory planning, order management, good efficiency of storage & movement / dispatch of goods, etc;
• Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of a warehouse, and the incoming, storage, and dispatch of goods;
• Maintain accurate inventory count and records through the use of a computerized inventory system;
• Perform ad hoc assignment as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• At least 2 - 3 years of supply chain or logistics management experience. Knowledge in handling home and kitchen products is an advantage;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Passionate in retail industry and ambitious to grow with the company;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong sense of responsibility;
• Be comfortable to learn our products and modular capabilities;
• Multi-tasking, good team player, detail-minded, well-organized, self-motivated & able to work independently;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Axapta and ERP applications, Word, Excel & Power-point. Knowledge in Vlookup and Pivot Table is an advantage;
• Immediate availability is preferred;
• High Diploma or above.
