职责描述：(英语口语流利，能够制定跨境出口物流解决方案，或根据不同货品具备物流线路的设计能力，熟悉南美市场通关流程及关税政策优先，有第三方知名物流、货代公司相关工作经验优先）

Job description:

1. Set up and update the logistics workflow and standard operating procedures of Latin American market. Troubleshoot problems, explore new ideas and solutions to sustain the service commitment in fast changing business needs.

2. Drive for supply chain excellence, targeting optimization or enhancement in operations. Engage the stakeholders to roll out best practices within the region.

3. Responsible for reporting and analytical support. Identify measurable KPI, analyze and give recommendation on the operation improvement.

4. In charge of ad hoc / project basis logistics function to ensure the smooth operation.

5.E2E supply chain solution design capability, such as 3rd party management, warehouse management, etc.

6. Drive for new Carrier/3PL onboard, system integration (Label generation, Tracking integration…), period monitor and review the LSP performance (Lead time / cost), build up the good relationship with LSP.

7. Overall manage the export cross-border operation, coordinate with Regional for the new operation process implement, follow up… Build up the good relationship with Regional IMP and Local CUS team

8. Drive for the system development and find the solution to work with regional IT team to fix the issues

9. Innovative logistics solution with partners for cost down and drive business growth;

Requirements:

1. Familiar with customs declaration and logistics process of the Latin American market will be a plus. Have experience in Logistics design and solution in export.

2. Familiar with Cross-Border process, system and operation would be a plus

3. Excellent in oral and written English.

4. More than 3 years working experience in relevant industry. BTB or BTC experience preferred.

5. Drive for problem solving, excellent communication and leadership.
