Day to Day Responsibilities:

• - Manage logistics operations, join plant-level improvement projects and continuous efforts to maintain reliable supply in lowest logistics cost.
• - Achieve cost, quality, asset effectiveness, inventory, safety, customer service and plant targets.
• - Ensure the workforce of the logistics group are trained and qualified in necessary skill levels and operate within a culture of PCPD.
• - Maintain a safe and positive working environment.
• - Promote and participate in “Performance Excellence” activities for improving manufacturing performance and safety.
• - Support plant operations by maximizing efficiencies in utilization and schedule stability.
• - Build up continuously improve our systems and culture.
• - Supervise and instruct 4PL on W/H and storeroom management.
• - Develop people talent development.
• - Managing system work flow and coordinating with the Planner.
• - Collaborate or be a bridge with the related of cross functionalities like Maintenance/Fin. Technology/QA/Planning to solve daily issue.
• -Lead the 4PL team to achieve plant logistics cost target.
• -Develop people talent development.

Education & Experience

• University or above education degree that major in Logistics management, Industrial Engineering or other management related fields of.
• 6 years in logistics management experience at least. 3 and above supervisor experiences in past career path. (Logistics and W/H management experience is better and plus.)

Required Skills

• Leadership experiences in W/H management
• Well knowledge and process understanding on logistics management.
• Knowledge of ISO9001/OSHA14000 management system
• Habit of PCPD, 5S, MOC(Management of Change)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and PC skill
• Knowledge of LEAN/ TPM Skill
• CET4 and above (Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese)
• Computer level 2, Excel VBA is plus
