The 3PL Supervisor is the main interface between our Group and the logistics service provider.

• Enforce operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory up to date;
• Daily activities management on SAP regarding the bonded warehouse operations;
• Collect information and requirements from Calzedonia HQ and translate them in concrete actions in the warehouses to ensure the fastest and cheapest logistics flow;
• E-commerce warehouse supervising (relationship with 3PL, for both market place and institutional website projects)
• Cooperate with the Ecommerce department to develop new flows ensuring a high-level service for our final customers;
• Analyze costs and logistics KPI, reporting directly to the Logistics Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering or equivalent
• Two (2) or more years’ experience in a warehouse environment and logistics coordination

Experience & Education

• Good knowledge of English Language
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of time systems, inventory systems, WMS
• Knowledge of principles of inventory control, logistics and distribution
• Ability to prepare operating procedures, work instructions and process flow charts
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing with vendors, customers and co-workers
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, be detailed, able to multi-task and be team-oriented
• Open-minded and problem-solving oriented
