REPORTS TO:  Director, Logistics Support
MATRIX:  IT team, Customer Service team, Warehouse team, OPD
PURPOSE: Responsible for day to day logistics activities, support to in house CS enquiry, warehouse coordination and overall global business and partners requirements.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Help to work with 3PLs to optimize delivery routes and methods to improve delivery times and reduce costs
• Help evaluate new delivery products and services, logistics allocation strategies, and coordinate their implementation with the relevant teams
• Identify, investigate and eliminate the root causes of delivery failure
• Reconcile logistics invoices, returns, compensations and charges confirmations.
• Monitor delivery network performance for all contracted third party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure we consistently meet our delivery promise to end customers and are aware of and respond to delivery events quickly and proactively
• Develop reporting and show consistently meeting delivery promise
• Reduction in delivery failures
• Development of tools for evaluating logistics providers

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in ecommerce logistics with experience of global last mile courier and postal providers.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and negotiating skills
• An independent worker with an ability to coordinate across departments
• Fluent English and Cantonese required
• Diploma or University graduates
