Position reports to: Fulfilment & Logistics Operations Manager

Native Union (www.nativeunion.com), the design brand to the mobile accessory business, available in the finest stores globally and exported to more than 50 countries, is looking for ‘A’ player to become member of the HK team. Based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, the successful applicant will join a young, international and dynamic team dedicated to develop the Native Union Brand.

We are now seeking a dynamic, motivated and flexible Logistics Analyst to support our fast-growing Brand and to reinforce our Supply Chain and Logistics functions.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle & manage return shipments.
• Monitor shipment orders quality over ERP.
• Manage communication with Warehouse on daily operations matters.
• Conduct analysis over logistics related spent & lead time.
• Collect data to support monthly accrual.
• Participate in SOP reviewed per different customers' business requirements
• Coordinate for compliance audit data within the team and report to manager on regular basis.
• Verify supplier invoicing data & raise payment accordingly. 

Requirements – Skills and abilities

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analysis/reporting in logistics field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledgeable in import compliance rules to EU, CA & US is a plus.
• Able to work independent with minimal guidance.
