Key Responsibilities

• Inbound: work with 3rd parties custom broker for custom clearance & declaration process. - coordinate shipment with Finland/ UK/ Factories/ outsource vendors for inbound shipment to China. - prepare customer declaration documents to custom broker. - support custom physical product random check process at CIQ site per CIQ request. - input inbound receiving details in system.
  
• Outbound operation: - coordinate replenishment order delivery with 3PL to shop/customers. - Input customer / shop delivery order & stock transfer order in system. - item master update.
  
• Report - generate reports from system: e.g. stock report, defective report stocktake report template
• Defectives / products return handling: - handling customer return with 3PL.
  
• Support logistics manager per operation requests
