Main tasks and30%

• Supports the Sales team on contract chop, price and freight check;
• Issue VAT invoice according to the contract term and verify income VAT invoices on a monthly basis;
• Record the payment and tracking the A/R;
• Prepare documents for import customs clearance timely and accurately;

Logistics 70%

• Monitor customs clearance process. Coordinate with Forwarder to solve critical issues and emergency;
• Update & maintain RMB order ,delivery and stock status reporting information;
• Conduct monthly stock check with warehouse supervisor;
• Monitor and apply the payment of logistics;

Qualification requirements

• 3-5 years’ related working experiences;
• Good experience and knowledge with China Customs laws, import and export regulations and procedures;
• Good experience in logistics and freight forwarding;
• Fluent in English language both in writing and verbal;
• Excellent MS Office skills;
• Familiar ERP systerm will be plus.
