Based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, the successful applicant will join a young, international and dynamic team dedicated to developing the Native Union Brand.

We are now seeking a dynamic, motivated and flexible Logistics Assistant / Administrative Assistant to support our fast-growing Brand and to reinforce our Supply Chain and Logistics functions.

Main Responsibilities

• Customs declaration (Tradelink)
• ERP data and order entry
• Arrange and trace & track Samples shipments from office or warehouse
• Order shipping materials to warehouse
• Provide clerical support including payment applications and shipping documents
• Maintain daily shipment and tracking reports
• Provide any other clerical and logistics support to the team 

Requirements – Skills and abilities

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in logistics field
• Fresh graduate will be considered
• Good command of English (writing and speaking)
• Good communication skills and high attention to details
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel: Pivot Table; Words)
• ERP user
• Immediate availability or short notice is preferred
