REQUIREMENTS:

• DSE or above ;
• Working experience in logistics industry is a plus ;
• Proactive, willing to learn attitude ;
• Use MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and basic computer knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To handle air export operation documents ;
• To follow up shipment/ parcel status ;
• To monitor airline bookings and procedures ;
• Handle daily operation related enquiries and correspondence ;
• Arrange bookings with carriers, co-loaders and follow-up ;
• Ensure smooth and efficient shipment fulfilment ;
• System data entry.

Location : Kwun Tong
