职位概况

• Responsible for safe and effective operation for the position. 负责本岗位的安全以及有效率的运作。
• According to request completed work of department. 按要求完成部门工作。
• Ensure all prepare material process reach the quality standard of H.B. Fuller. 所有配料操作必须确保符合HB Fuller公司质量标准。
• Follow H.B. Fuller & government EHS policy and procedure at any place and any time during the work.在工作过程中的任何地点、时间都应遵守HBFuller公司和国家规定的安全政策和程序。

PRIMARY DUTIES

主要职责

• Responsible for 5s and safety management of warehouse, make the conform to the requirements of the company safety management.
• 对仓库5S及安全管理，使符合公司安全管理要求
• .Responsible for effective management of all materials. 负责对公司所有材料进行有效管理
• .Responsible for effective management of finished goods. 负责对公司产成品进行有效管理
• .Accordance with the work plan to effectively manage warehouse staff, warehouse work completed 按照工作计划有效管理仓库员工，完成仓库工作
• Coordinate and cooperate with each department 协调、配合各部门的工作
• In accordance with the budget , cost effective management of the warehouse 依照预算，有效管理仓库成本
• According to the shipment of finished goods,managemnet of the domestic transport. 根据成品发货，管理国内运输
• Responsible for the ERP system, report forms and inventory management 负责ERP系统、报表及盘点管理
• Complete the temporary work arranged by supervisor. 完成主管安排的临时工作

Minimum Requirements

职位要求

• Good team oriented personality is a must. 必须有良好的团队工作能力。
• Manufacture, especially in chemical or adhesive industry experience prefered. 在制造业，尤其是化工/粘合剂行业优先。
• Possess good collaboration and communication skill. 必须有良好的团队沟通能力。
• A good trainer and willing to share experiences. 积极分享经验，及良好的培训能力。
• Having at least on two years relevant working experiences. 至少2年的相关工作经验。
• Basic MS office software operation skills. 具备基本的办公软件操作技能。
• Good knowledge of occupational health care, safety, environmental protection and local laws and regulations is perfered. 对职业保健、安全环保以及地方法律法规充分理解并运用者优先。

Other requirements 其它要求

• Junior college ,mastering basic English and computer knowledge.大专/中专,毕业,能懂基本的英语,会基本的电脑
• Have good verbal or written communication skills.. 良好的口头和书面表达能力。
• Good collaboration and communication skills. 良好的团队合作及沟通技巧。
