Accountabilities – Key Result Areas

• Handle day-to-day logistics operations and workflows include but not limited to goods receiving, order handling, shipping, delivery, and inventory control to keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels and delivery schedule
• Follow up entire order and delivery cycle, and SOP processes and system administrations
• Provide regular and clear communications relating to stock levels and delivery dates with Merchandising team and escalate whenever necessary to resolve merchandise and vendor related disputes
• Review bills and invoices to settle with Finance team

Experience / Qualification Requirements

•  Diploma / Degree holder in Business / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• With relevant logistics and supply chain management experience
• Experience in SAP is preferable
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight schedules
•  High communication skills to be able to interact with different level of the organization
• Good command of both written & spoken Chinese and Mandarin.
