Responsibilities

• To communicate with clients and internal staffs, prepare the documents for importation/ exportation of goods.
• Tracking of shipping status and assist the arrival of goods.
• Set up, import, review and renew all the documents/ workflow related to the department.
• Responsible for warehouse management, including regular stock taking
• Others assigned by direct supervisor

Job requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Fresh Graduates and Higher Diploma holders with potential will also be considered)
• Experience with Logistics will be an advantage
• Good at English and Mandarin will be an advantage
• Initiative, detail‐minded, hardworking and sense of duty
• Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel etc.)
