Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for inventory control and inventory record updated
2. Follow up Delivery Note and Invoice for customers and coordinate delivery arrangement
3. Responsible for arranging wine shipments from Overseas to Hong Kong
4. Data management, documentation and data entry in SAP system
5. Wine warehouse management, including regular stock taking
6. Data summary and reporting

Requirements:

1. F.5 or above, 3 years or above working experience in logistics
2. Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
3. SAP/ERP operating experience
4. Strong sense of responsibility and hard-working
5. Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese), basic English
6. Working district: Tin Wan
