As our global team continues to grow rapidly, we are in search of a knowledgable, strategic Logistics Associate with a relentless attention to detail.

Our ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of global logistics and distribution as he/she/they play a key role in coordinating shipments for both samples and production, working collaboratively with cross functional teams in order to meet launch goals. Responsibilities:
• Consolidate, organize, and verify packing lists, commercial invoices, and all sorts of shipping documents
• Inquire and evaluate shipping quotes based on timeline requirements and shipment information
• Facilitate and monitor the entire logistics process, including but not limited to shipping quotes, make booking, arrange pickup, verify loading, customs clearance, vessel schedules, delivery, warehousing, retail distribution, etc.
• Understand, communicate, and support product launch goals
• Participate in evening calls (1-2/month) with our team and clients in US, as needed

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience within logistics, trade or a related field with preference for previous logistics agency specific experience
• Technology proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and G-Suite; willingness to learn additional platforms and software
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and move between them quickly
• Demonstrated, strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English language
