OMS manages the Order Fulfilment service to Celestica’s European ,American and Asia customers providing Sales Distribution and focused Service Desk processes to our customers on behalf of our worldwide manufacturing sites.

Main tasks.

• Responsibility for the customer PO intake and SO creation placement with Celestica worldwide manufacturing sites.
• Ensuring pricing is monitored and price changes are submitted to finance in a timely manner to reflect customer pricing.
• Liasing with multiple external customers, hub provider’s and Celestica manufacturing sites on a daily basis.
• Ensuring all transactions are recorded and transacted on SAP within 24 hours of notification from the hub providers or receipt of a customer PO for direct fulfilment.
• Day to day reconciliation of accounts.
• Monitor and maintaining system data integrity within a designated hub/site plant.
• Monitoring shipment plans to ensure all shipments are received into the hub plants.
• Management of financial elements of hub management i.e. reconciliation of invoices/receipts/issues.
• Daily generate product / service invoice and credit/debit, ensuring invoice delivered to customer within 1 day.
• Liaise with Accounts receivable representative to provide timely reconciliation for disputed invoices.
• Managing returns (RMA) process between customer and manufacturing sites.
• Managing hub to hub transfers to balance customer inventory.
• Involvement in process improvements as requested by the management team.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing within the team and to OMS customers and Global manufacturing sites.
• Ability to work well within the team requiring minimum supervision.
• Demonstrate good system knowledge (SAP preferably) and Excel skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy whilst working to tight deadlines.
• Ability to evaluate, prioritise and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
• To demonstrate strong organisational skills.
• Understanding of the customer PO management and Supply Chain processes would be beneficial.
• Willingness to help improve and develop current processes.

Bachelor’s degree in related fields with CET 4 and above, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
