As the Logistics Clerk– you will be part of Logistic Team and report to Logistics Supervisor – requires excellent organizational skill to coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties on following up shipping documents. Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for issuing purchase order, order processing, general shipping document control and delivery managing
• Co-ordinate with forwarders, keep tracking of shipments and update shipment details
• Liaison with overseas suppliers for PO fulfillment and assure timely delivery
• Invoice verification and filing
• Customs declaration with Trade Link
• Compile periodic reports, database information update
• Assist in daily logistics operation and ad hoc project

Job Requirements

• F. 5 or above
• At least 1 years or above purchasing experience in logistics field
• Good command of English & Mandarin
• Maturity, patient personality, good attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, responsible, self-motivated, team spirit & can work under pressure
• Familiar with MS Excel and Word and Chinese word processing
• Solid experience of managing the delivery arrangement
• Stable working record
• Immediate available is a highly preferred
