• Review of the material plan and allocation of Customer Orders.
• Generation and distribution of Pick Lists for outbound orders when necessary.
• Shortage management and review.
• KPI management for back orders and delivery completeness.
• Generate quality system Log Books – Device History Records when necessary.
• To ensure that all the assigned commercial parts are planned, ordered and delivered to meet customer demands.
• Responsible for the material plan and feedback to the Commercial Order Desk
• Maintain and execute the plan as a result of the S&OP review.
• Manage inter PSC stock movements to meet customer Demand, material planning will be key to assure 100% delivery performance of Elekta’s products.
• Interaction with Elekta’s chosen 4PL provider
• Manage the Engineering Change Process for all assigned commercial parts, relating to updating Movex.
• Maintain part planning parameters on assigned parts and inventory parameters.
• Control inventory management and monthly review of FG inventory levels and obsolete material.
• To ensure all procedures, work instructions and process maps relevant to the job are regularly reviewed and updated so that they always reflect current working practices.
• To be actively involved in improvement opportunities throughout the Logistics Centre.
• Plan and manage stock control
• Execute Requisition adjustments
• Raise PSC Demand Purchase Orders and Distribution Orders
• CLM Cases: Responsible for investigating cases
• Generate DHR for QC as necessary
