The Logistics Customer Service Program Manager is an individual contributor role. The incumbent supports the interface between Logistics, Asia biz ops and customers. Primary responsibility is to be Point of Contact to Asia Biz Ops as the escalation points for Logistics issues as well as managing the outsourcing Asia CWs for customer escalations. By supporting work scope in escalation contact point, the key skills / competencies should have are logistics supply network knowledge; business competence; communication; initiative; analytical/problem solving; and process Improvement/development. The role as to drive the customer obsession tasks/programs and supply chain optimization from logistics expertise. In additions, the role as the critical owner to drive the outsourcing opportunities with training/process enhancements as well as customer engagement transformation pipeline.

Qualifications

Qualifications
1. More than 5-8 years experience on supply chain related jobs
2. Strong communication and influencing on the biz decision, very fluent English/Mandarin in both verbal and written approaches
3. Be a change pioneer to drive and enable the supply chain transformation, good at dealing with ambiguity
4. Sense of urgency and strategic thinking on customer/biz strategy
5. Experience on program management
6. Logistics/SMG related background as a plus
