The Logistics Dispatcher is responsible for the day to day operations of the oil delivery department, including daily service and delivery schedules, while ensuring exceptional customer service, safety, reliability, and consistency. While operating some of our industry’s most advanced technological software, duties include: 1) supervising & scheduling the oil delivery staff; 2) directly assisting customers who are in need of fuel delivery, by receiving orders, scheduling, assigning deliveries, routing fleet and updating accounts; and 3) analyze reports, real-time data and making recommendations to increase revenue and/or reduce costs.

Interested applicants should have the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; post secondary education in business or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of prior dispatch & supervisory experience is preferred but prior experience is not required, will train qualified applicants.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills; ability to deal courteously and effectively with members of our staff and the public.
• Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite of products; experienced in creating excel spreadsheets.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and coordinate work, calls and other tasks, as well as multi-task.
