Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure professional and timely preparation of shipping document for arrival and despatch of ship spares
- Handle import, export or transhipment shipments for both Airfreight and Sea freight Shipment
- Communicating and coordinating effectively with clients on all shipping matter
- Review and Streamline work processes for better efficiency and productivity
- Liaise with internal department and external vendors and clients with regard to vessel schedule
- Attend to customer complaints
Work Experience Requirements:
- Must have knowledge in import/export for both land, sea & Air freight
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- With Marine industry
- Candidate must possess at least GCE 'N' or 'O' Level / NiTEC
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Must be able to work alternate saturday
