Position reports to:  Fulfilment & Logistics Operations Manager

Native Union (www.nativeunion.com), the design brand to the mobile accessory business, available in the finest stores globally and exported to more than 50 countries, is looking for an ‘A’ player to become member of the HK team. Based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, the successful applicant will join a young, international and dynamic team dedicated to develop the Native Union Brand.

We are now seeking a dynamic, motivated and flexible Logistics Executive to support our fast-growing Brand and to reinforce our Supply Chain and Logistics functions.  Position is based on 3-months' contract from Oct to end of Dec 2019.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in day to day logistics operations.
• Prepare, arrange and trace & track international deliveries, re-deliveries, and troubleshoot delivery problems
• Report working status in timely manner
• Handle enquiry from co-working teams
• Coordinate with third-party logistics and service provider(s) to ensure service level
• Review bills, invoices and any related documentation applicable
• Ensure accuracy of all inventories by keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels and delivery schedules
• Import / Export declaration
• Take on ad hoc logistics and shipping tasks as required

Requirements – Skills and abilities

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related background
• Minimum 2 years related experience, either in international complex distribution, FMCG  and/or manufacturing environment
• Fluent English and Cantonese (writing and speaking)
• Good communication skills to be able to interact with different level of the organization
• Organized and high attention to details
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
• Good-problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel essential
• Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure

• Confident, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, able to use own judgment, take initiative and make day to day decisions
• Energetic and hard-working, willing to take a hands-on role and able to multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Being a good listener, observant and able to identify and defuse any people issues that may affect the team in a bigger way
