Title: Logistics FLOW Superuser

 

Function: Logistics

 

Department: Allocations, Call-Off or New Brands

 

Reports to:  Allocations, Call-Off or New Brands Logistics Manager

 

Direct Reports: None

 

Overall Job Function:  You are responsible for a well-functioning Warehouse Management System, as well as developing system functionality. Support the Distribution Centre operations, embracing the H&M values, policies and all relevant procedures, and collaborate with the DC Manager and all teams. Maximize operational excellence, quality, and efficiency in a sustainable way for our customers, in all brands and channels.

 
 

Job Responsibility including but not limited to:

 
  • Prepare & follow-up on participation in recommended End User trainings
  • Educate DC Managers, Department Managers, Qualified Users and General Warehouse employees in the IT system functionality
  • Communicate change requests from Department Managers and Qualified Users to the Global Super User
  • Distribute & translate release notes and inform / train users in the new functionality of a release
  • Communicate routine or best practice changes to Department Managers / Qualified Users
  • Train Department Managers and Qualified Users on how to extract data from the warehouse monitor in order to track progress of daily tasks, report KPI’s and perform daily clean-up activities
  • Work well in a team and support both the Management team & General Warehouse employees
  • Ensure that all FLOW systems work, issues are reported and workarounds provided in order to maintain the best service to stores and to secure that business is not interrupted
  • Provide first line system and IT support to the Department Managers and Qualified Users
  • Communicate and escalate bigger issues to Global AM team or IT helpdesk
  • Ensure that all decided IT system related procedures are implemented and maintained with high quality
  • Ensure & follow up on best practice and working procedure within the FLOW systems
  • Challenge and develop existing system functionality in order to improve business processes
  • Maintain delivery schedule to stores and support in answering stock queries from stores, merchandisers or other cross functional departments
  • Follow all legal requirements, H&M policies and procedures

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years system management or department level logistics management experience preferred

  • An overall pro-active and open mind-set
  • A good understanding of IT systems and how you work with the functionality provided
